Multi-family dwellings are an economical solution to expensive and crowded city living for those that need to be close to the urban bustle, but prefer to have a little solitude sprinkled in. Tobias & West was excited to be a part of the design team for the Workforce Housing Initiative project, organized by the City of Charleston to offer multi-family dwellings. The Cottages provide the opportunity to purchase separately owned housing units, yet the security and reasonable price of being contained in one building, or several buildings within one complex.
